Multi-Instrumentalist Damon Kardon presents “Four Seasons: Violin & Viola for Meditation & Yoga”. This is a brand-new album with a suite of 4-new, original works featuring the soothing sounds of Violin and Viola over deep tones and the sounds of nature. Each song, “Fall”, “Winter”, “Spring”, and “Summer”, creates a soundscape of calming nature and relaxing melody. With over 1 Hour + of music provided to relax, meditate or practice Yoga, you will feel a deep calm wash over you with the sounds of strings and nature.

Damon Kardon has recorded this new album in-between live performances with Yoga instruction and has taken the best melodies and tones to put into this new suite of songs. Damon is a Suzuki-trained Violinist and Violist with over 40 years of experience performing, writing music and recording. He has toured the world and performed live with the Da Kori Group & AMA in the 1980’s through 1990’s. His violin style has been influenced by classical music as well as bluegrass, Irish Fiddle and Jazz, all which are incorporated into his original music. With this new album “Four Seasons”, his focus has been on creating an aura of peace and tranquility, and to allow the listener to close their eyes and focus inward.
